At lv63, Ovumia the Chansey evolved into Ovumia the Blissey, her devotion and friendship to Honoka a matter of utmost importance to her.
Swellow likes to sing the song of its people quite a bit. Unfortunately, unlike most of its Swellow brothers and sisters, this one can't carry a tune in a bucket. That does not stop it from singing, loudly, especially early in the morning when everyone else is sleeping.
It's extremely sedentary and likes to laze in the sun all day. If Honoka tries to make it do something it'll pretend it didn't hear her, if forced it will give her the dirtiest look and move as slowly as possible. The laziness has not improved much since evolving.
Drifloon is a bit air-headed, it is often forgetful and seldom pays attention to where it is going or what it is doing. It can often be seen drifting on the breeze, completely carefree.
Vanilluxe is a deadly predator - don't laugh! It's well aware of the fact that it's thought of as laughable and has a grudge against the world and anything that's considered to be strong and ferocious. It constantly seeks out challengers and it does pretty well for itself, actually, since no one takes it seriously.
Jynx is extremely jealous and hates to see anyone or anything being affectionate with Honoka. It will leap into her arms whenever she seems to be getting on well with anyone and surreptitiously use Sweet Kiss on its opponent in love, causing them to forget what they were saying and wander away confused.
Plusle is a cheerful Pokemon as befits its species name and is quite dedicated to making up dance moves to egg Kousaka's other Pokemon on in battle. Most of the time, it just manages to be distracting, though. Plusle is eager to find a partner to dance with and may occasionally naively attempt to have its enemies participate in its cheer routines.
Lopunny has a nibbling habit. It will chew on basically anything and everything, and since its teeth are rather strong if it isn't watched carefully it will ruin basically any outfit Honoka owns within minutes.
Jigglypuff wants to be a top idol. It gets up super early to go running and spends a lot of time practicing its vocals and dance. If Honoka seems like she is slacking off, Jigglypuff will have extended stern lectures in store for her until she does what Jigglypuff thinks she needs to be doing.
Pumpkaboo will quickly become obsessed by the idea of Soulfasting upon exposure to human culture and will decide that there's no reason it can't be Soulfasting all the time! Once a week it will try to don a different mask and float in and out of people's houses politely begging for candy. It's so cute that sometimes it even gets some.
Gardevior is more of a bookworm than a battler and prefers to spend its time indoors browsing through books day and night. ...Picture books, of course; it can't read human language. In time, it will begin to attempt its own creations that mostly seem to star Gardevior on various adventures overcoming mean Fighting-types.
Honoka has done a fair amount of growing since she returned to Union after the Salvation holiday. She helped form μ's, a local idol group made of nine girls from around the world with the hope of keeping morale up during the fighting, both with Gigas and otherwise, prior to her departure home over the holiday. With a battle keeping her home longer than intended, Honoka decided she wanted to change herself, to become stronger. She had grown tired of, even at sixteen, being told to stay inside with her sister during times of hardship and battle. She wanted to be involved.
The event to follow sent Honoka to a battlefield of scientists and Gods, and gave her a true taste for what she wanted to train herself to be prepared for. She jumped the gun, thinking she was invincible, and it set her back. Since, she has taken the time to reflect on herself, her friends, and whether or not she is truly cut out for battle in the way she thought she wanted.
Whilst soul-searching, she opened a shop reminiscent of the one her family owns in Caldera. She built a cart for it (with the help of some friends and her Pokemon), and daily prepares Calderan sweets and snacks to share with the people of Union. It has both been an exercise in goodwill and personal growth, and through it she has learned a great deal of responsibility. Her initial hope was to earn money for μ's, but with most of its members having gone their separate ways it's now just become a means to share Calderan food with the people of Union (eventually she might start using the money for an actual place to live).
At one point shortly after her return from Caldera over the Salvation holiday, she had a conversation with Rin Hoshizora about the Enhanced. During this time, she reflected on her thoughts on them, that they were just victims of Gigas and no less human than anyone else. In the most recent event, she faced that reflection when she learned the truth about her friend and sibling-figure, Hayato Ichimonji.
If her awakening is approved, I'd like for her to come into her Earthkin abilities during the event, after establishing that Hayato is not a monster as he's claimed to be, but a human victim to circumstance.
Abilities
Here comes the fun part. Honoka will start off Normal/Dragon, now that I actually understand the stipulations of a Far From Ordinary affiliation (I'm sorry about that). She will later shed the Normal typing in favor of Fairy, but not until her final evolution. Dragon I believe suits her for its many resistances, easily compared to Honoka's tendency to barrel forward without care for things aiming to stand in her way. This will later be expounded upon with her final evolution allowing her to awaken a secondary Fairy typing as well, for its high defense and penchant for cute glittery things.
In terms of actual abilities, Honoka is (still) going to have no idea what she's doing for a good long time. Given that most of the Pokemon she is currently bonded with are fully maxed she will have the opportunity to level rapidly, but if she does so it will come at a high cost since she is neither accustomed to the skillset nor prepared to deal with a sudden influx of new abilities. This will persist through to her final evolution, and is better explained at that point due to having a polarizing secondary typing later down the line.
For the most part, she will closely resemble a skillset of a Dratini/Dragonair. This will apply to her visually, as well-- she will undergo some physical changes immediately upon awakening that will become more obvious with each evolution. This initial awakening, being paired with Normal type, will be faint, and only endow her with small fangs, a very slight scaling to her skin in places like her hands, feet and cheekbones, and the tendency to grow claws when upset.
As she moves on to an evolution, small wings will grow over where her ears have been, similar to that of a Dragonair, and the scaling on her extremities and face will increase. Around this time would be when she starts to get a handle on being Earthkin, establishing a bit more strength with her abilities instead of an awkward fumbling grace.
A second evolution will result in further changes still, giving her a small set of wings between her shoulder blades not unlike a Dragonite's, antennae also similar to the Dragon-type's, and a great deal more focus in her abilities. By this time her pupils will likely also be slit like a cat's. At this point she will adopt a skillset similar to a Dragonite as opposed to the prior moves being more closely related to a Dratini/Dragonair.
Her final evolution will be a bit more startling to all parties, being that she will shed her Normal typing and instead gain the secondary typing of Fairy. With this she will gain superior defense to her prior ability, now weak to Steel, Poison, and her own Dragon typing. Dragon and Fairy's weakness to each other will effectively serve as an ability cap for her, preventing her from becoming Too Badass by making too much or too fast of an advancement work like a double-edged sword. If she isn't careful about how she learns to master her ability, she is prone to accidental self-injury, not unlike the effects of Confusion. Fairy typing will adorn her with a second set of wings beneath the leathery dragon-like ones, somewhat resembling a dragonfly, and the tendency to glitter.
